Chuck Cooper, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Cooper joined Paylocity in 2004 and quickly led the development of our flagship product, Paylocity Web Pay. In addition to his product development responsibilities, Chuck is accountable for the strategy, delivery and operations of the entire Paylocity network infrastructure including; the Paylocity data centers, the business continuity/disaster recovery plan, security and system performance.
Since joining Paylocity, Chuck ensured Paylocity's Microsoft Certified Partner status. In fact Microsoft's Patterns and Practices group wrote a case study on how Paylocity used their technology and featured Chuck in a video on the P&P group at Tech Ed.
Prior to joining Paylocity Chuck led the development of several award-winning applications for leading software companies including CA's Clarity, Proamics' ProActa, Sage's Project Accounting, Geac's SmartStream Projects, Borland's Paradox and Great Plains' Property Management. His resume also includes Washington Mutual, where Chuck was an Enterprise Architect.
Mr. Cooper holds Bachelor degrees in Economics and Development Studies from University of California, Berkeley where he graduated with Honors, distinction in General Scholarship and Omicron Delta Epsilon.
