EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION

Paylocity's employee recognition program is designed to recognize and reward the exceptional contributions our associates make towards each other and to our clients. These awards are intended for individual employees found making superb contributions - such as providing excellent service, implementing new ideas, completing a significant project or contributing above and beyond what is normally expected. When an employee accrues five (5) "Orppie" awards, they return them to our human resource department, then choosing from a variety of gift cards as our way of saying thank you.
