Comprehensive Health Care

Medical Care

To protect you and your family, we offer two medical plans, a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) option and a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) option. All these options include prescription drug coverage. Domestic partner benefits are also offered through the medical plan.

Dental Care

To provide you and your family with coverage for preventative dental care and protection, we offer two dental plans, a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) option and a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) option.

Health and Wellness Program

In an effort to provide a healthier work environment, Paylocity has partnered with Wellness Inc. to offer an ongoing company incentive program that gives employees the opportunity to earn generous preferred rates on medical insurance premiums. Paylocity encourages our employees to have wellness screenings every year, which is 100% company paid. Based upon the screening results, Paylocity has implemented wellness programs such as smoking cessation and weight control programs that are open to all employees.

In addition, Paylocity recently launched a "Fit for Life" health and fitness campaign. The company is offering discounted gym memberships, weekly health & fitness tips and lunch hour walking groups.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Paylocity provides a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program that allows employees to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their salaries to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses. The pre-tax contributions made to the FSA can be used to pay for predictable non-reimbursed health care expenses and dependent care expenses during the plan year.

Health Care Account

Through the FSA program, you can reduce your taxable income so that you can keep more of the money you earn. You can deposit up to $2,500 pre-tax each year, to cover out-of-pocket health care expenses.

Dependent Care Account

Paylocity provides a dependent care spending account program that allows employees to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their salaries to pay for eligible dependent care expenses. You can deposit up to $5,000 pre-tax each year to cover these costs.

Financial Planning

Company 401(k) Match

Paylocity makes a dollar-for-dollar match on your 401(k) contributions, up to the first 3% of your base pay annually and matches 50% for the next 2% contributed by the employee.

Disability Benefits

Short-Term Disability (STD)

Paylocity provides a short-term disability (STD) benefit plan to eligible employees who are unable to work because of a qualifying disability due to an illness or injury. Employees are responsible for a portion of the premium.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)

Paylocity provides a long-term disability (LTD) benefit plan to eligible employees who are unable to work because of a qualifying disability due to an illness or injury that results in long-term absence from employment.

Survivor Benefits

Life Insurance

Life insurance offers you and your family important financial protection. Paylocity provides $50,000 in term life insurance for all eligible employees at no cost to the employee. In addition, you can purchase Optional Life Insurance that is paid by the employee.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

AD&D insurance provides protection in cases of serious injury or death resulting from an accident. AD&D insurance coverage is provided as part of the basic life insurance plan.

Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off (PTO) Bank

Paylocity offers a paid time off benefit for all full-time employees. Paid time off includes sick, personal and vacation days. Paid holidays are mutually exclusive of the time off benefit. The number of hours of PTO you accrue annually is determined by your years of service and exempt/non-exempt status. If you are an exempt employee, you accrue 16 days of PTO your first year, 19 days of PTO starting year two through year five and up to 24 days of time off beginning in year six. If you are a non-exempt employee, you accrue 14 days of PTO your first year, 17 days of PTO starting year two through year five and up to 20 days of time off beginning in year six.

Holidays

To recognize national holidays, Paylocity provides seven paid holidays each year. The holidays are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Jury Duty

Regular full-time employees who are summoned to serve jury duty will be paid for their absence. Pay will be based upon the employee's usual work day.

Recognition Programs

Performance-Sharing Plan

Paylocity provides all employees a discretionary bonus once per year that is tied to the organizations strategic goals as well as departmental performance.

Holiday Bonus

All employees receive a holiday bonus during the month of December to thank you for your hard work during this busy time of year.

Discretionary Bonus

All employees are eligible to receive discretionary bonuses throughout the year. A discretionary bonus is given by your immediate manager and is based upon your performance.

Other Benefits

Employee Assistance Program

The EAP assists you and your immediate family with professional counseling to help with a variety of life problems, such as alcohol and drug abuse; stress, anxiety, and depression; marital, family, and relationship discord; child and adolescent behavioral problems; domestic violence; child care; elder care; financial and legal concerns; and educational and career-related problems at no cost to the employee or to the family member. The EAP also offers a Work/Life Program that provides information, articles, resources, links, and interactive "calculators" around child care, elder care, daily living obligations as well as legal and financial challenges, the typical issues that impact everyone's daily lives.

Casual Dress Environment

Paylocity provides employees with a casual dress environment where jeans are allowed every day of the week.

Employee Referral Program

Paylocity offers a $1000 employee referral bonus for any employee who refers a friend, family member, neighbor, or acquaintance.
