As a District Sales Manager, I am responsible for introducing prospective clients to the services that Paylocity Corporation has to offer.

I was convinced to look into working at Paylocity by an associate of mine at Meeker Magner Insurance. It really is everything he said it would be.

Although Paylocity has grown to be a larger company than it was three years ago, I don't feel that it has lost its "family" charm. I have never been at any other company where I could walk up and have a conversation with the executive level officers of the company like I can here. That means a lot to me. I feel like I am a part of something and I am making a difference.

Why Paylocity?

Where I live in respect to the office, it is a must that I am able to work effectively from home. Paylocity has made that possible. I stay here because of the people I work with and the clients that I meet during my regular business day.

When my daughter was born, the CEO called me on my cell phone to congratulate me and sent flowers; it's things like that that really go a long way!
