NEW HIRE TEMPLATES
Scrolling through multiple screens and/or clicking past needless tabs to onboard a new employee is now a thing of the past! Our standard New Hire Template includes features such as demographics, earnings, deductions and direct deposit set-up. Users may utilize this template as-is or build their own. There is no limit to the number of templates built and each is capable of being unique to different positions or departments. Each of the 100's of WebPay fields are available and can be brought together on one screen. Users can even set their own required fields and defaults!

QUICK EDIT TEMPLATES
Paylocity has made it painless for clients to customize their payroll and HR processes with quick edit templates!
Three (3) standard templates have already been created for common day-to-day payroll and HRIS procedures:
- Job Change Template
- Leave of Absence Template
- Termination Template
As with New Hire Templates, there is no limit to the number of templates users can build!

CUSTOM CHECKLISTS
Complementing our Templates enhancement is our Custom Checklist feature. Checklists can be used as a stand-alone feature or they can be associated to specific template(s). They allow users to keep track of any and all critical steps, helping to ensure none are missed along the way.
Additionally, reports can be run from checklists & notification emails are automatically triggered when checklists are complete. This adds an entirely new level of workflow to the WebPay system!
