1 PAYLOCITY CHECKVIEW (PCV)

PCV allows employees access to view and print their own online payroll and W-2 information, without granting them access to other employment related data.

With Paylocity CheckView, employees do not have the ability to make changes to their own payroll accounting records.

2 EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE (ESS)

ESS gives your employees secure, 24/7 access to their specific online payroll, human resource and benefits information, including Paylocity CheckView. Employees can manage their own personal data information and obtain answers to questions previously given by your human resource department. Additionally, ESS includes a comprehensive employee information portal allowing employees access to company news, employee handbooks, payroll tax information and much, much more.

3 MANAGER SELF-SERVICE (MSS)

MSS provides supervisors with instantaneous access to their employees’ human resource and accounting software records, thereby making it easier to monitor their team and make important business decisions. MSS restricts the employee’s ability to make changes by granting editing capabilities solely to the management team.
