Paylocity Web Pay's reporting and analytics tool provides users with an easy-to-use yet powerful ad-hoc report writer and includes our two newest features; point-in-time reporting and HR insight charts. With over 100 standard reports, an easy-to-follow reporting dashboard and a feature that allows users to create favorite reports, Web Pay users can easily find what they're looking for, saving you time and ultimately, money.

Point-in-Time Reporting

Up until now, this functionality was typically only available to companies with over 1000 employees, using cost prohibitive in-house solutions. Paylocity's easy-to-use tool allows users to generate true point-in-time reports. Clients can now run queries to view data that existed in a given field at any point in history, allowing quick and easy comparisons month-to-month, year-to-year or over any comparison timeline the user requires, eliminating hours of manual work.

HR Insight Charts

Paylocity's HR Insight charts provide a dashboard view into critical Human Resource metrics. Users can instantly access human resource information such as headcount, employee status, etc. and select a chart type (column, pie or bar) for a graphic display of data. Users can even export the information to Microsoft Excel!
