NY$9.70 per hour, effective 12-31-16 (increasing on 12-31-16 to $11 per hour for NYC employers with 11 or more employees (large employers) and to $10.50 per hour for NYC employers with 10 or fewer employees. Long Island & Westchester County increasing to $10.00 per hour). Effective 12-31-16, Fast Food Workers in NYC $12.00 per hour and in rest of the state $10.75 per hour.
