Press Release

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., — The American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) has partnered with Paylocity (NASDAQ: PCTY) to offer human capital management (HCM) and payroll solutions to its members. Paylocity’s modern platform makes HR and payroll functions more efficient while enhancing the employee experience.

“Ask a colleague why they became a veterinarian. The answers may range from their love of working with animals, to scientific challenges, but I doubt doing payroll, scheduling, and human resources duties would make the top 20,” said Dr. John Howe, AVMA President. “Offering Paylocity’s modern, easy-to-use solutions to practitioners allows the veterinarian and clinic staff to get back to doing what they love, caring for animals.”

Paylocity’s Software as a Service (SaaS) product is designed to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks for administrators and employees alike. The offering includes full-service payroll functionality and a wide range of HR functionality, including talent management, time and labor management, benefits administration, and third-party administration (TPA) for benefits such as HSA, FSA, and COBRA

The platform also features advanced analytic reporting tools and seamless integration with the leading retirement plans, general ledger, time and attendance applications, and employee benefits solutions, all of which are available on web browsers and mobile devices with the Paylocity Mobile app, providing on-demand, convenient access whether customers are at a desk or on the go.

“Paylocity’s partnership with the AVMA is focused on supporting the AVMA’s mission, enabling their members with solutions to run their businesses more efficiently. We’re excited to be able to offer our solutions to their members, which are specifically designed and packaged to support their success” said Chris Westfall, Paylocity Vice President, Head of Channels and Alliances.
