As Vice President of Implementation at Paylocity, I have the privilege of leading a dedicated team of professionals responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience to our clients as they transition onto our software platform and service ecosystem. I also oversee specialized teams focused on international implementations and spend management solutions, ensuring we consistently deliver best-in-class service and strategic value.

I began my career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where I worked across several business units, including Open Market Operations. Over the past 27 years, I’ve held diverse leadership roles across the HCM industry, spanning Finance, Audit, and Insurance. My professional journey has been defined by driving high-growth initiatives, leading large-scale technology implementations, and navigating organizations through transformational business process changes. I hold a B.S. in Economics from the University of Dayton.

Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy traveling to spend time with our young adult children, and I make time for a game of basketball whenever I can. I was drawn to Paylocity not only by the opportunity to help clients solve complex business challenges through innovative technology, but also by the company’s values-driven culture and collaborative spirit.
