Everyone Deserves Equitable Access to Jobs

At Paylocity, we’re committed to providing digital accessibility. We regularly re-evaluate our products against the latest accessibility standards to continuously improve our services. When we make our products accessible, we:

  • Help our customers reach and retain the best talent;
  • Remove barriers to the workforce for people with disabilities; and
  • Make our software easier for everyone to use.

We hope you’ll join us on this journey toward a more inclusive workplace.

Ongoing Education

Empathy and education are essential to help us understand our customers’ needs. We provide accessibility-related training opportunities for our employees, so they can better appreciate the challenges you face.

Continuous Improvement

Accessible software isn’t a destination, it’s a journey. We’re committed to evolving our products to meet the needs of all customers and employees by consulting the most up-to-date accessibility best practices.

Client Partnership

We seek feedback at every step to validate our thinking and ensure we make our product better for you. With your help as co-creators and early adopters, we strive for an accessible future.

Current Conformance

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Paylocity is working toward being WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant, with a plan to first focus on key employee and applicant-facing experiences. To meet this goal, we’re partnering with Level Access to train everyone within our product development organization. We’re also setting product testing standards and logging bugs. We’ll continue to update this page as we make progress.
