Access to Everything They Need
The home screen unifies the information most relevant to them—new messages, recognition they’ve received, tasks to complete, and more. They can access their most-used features, like clocking in and out, timesheets, schedules, or On Demand Payment with one tap.
Employees can access Community, Paylocity’s social collaboration hub, to get important updates from leaders and connect with peers. They can also edit their personal information to stay current, view an interactive org chart, and look up contact information for their colleagues.
Employees can view current and historical pay information and can request access to a portion of earned wages before payday with On Demand Payment. Push notifications allow them to stay on top of activities like checks becoming available, time-off approvals and more.
