Both 2026 award results were based on feedback from more than 2,564 verified customer reviews and ratings, reflecting Paylocity's TrustRadius score (trScore) of 8.1 out of 10. The trScore is an algorithmic calculation of a company’s overall rating, driven by recent, in-depth, and representative customer reviews.
