With new updates designed to support compliance, efficiency, and flexibility across the employee lifecycle, this month’s Paylocity releases bring meaningful improvements for teams managing work in and out of the platform. 

From 400+ accredited healthcare-specific trainings delivered directly in Paylocity to an enhanced background check experience across Recruiting and HR & Payroll, we’re introducing updates that help you stay compliant, move faster, and keep everything in one seamless workflow. Plus, new bulk editing in expense reports and mobile access to Resources make everyday tasks easier—wherever work happens.

Streamline training, foster compliance, and deliver high-quality care 

With Paylocity's Healthcare Training Bundle, you can assign and track training in one place, supporting compliance efforts directly within Paylocity’s LMS — with no extra logins or contracts. Whether you already use an integrated background check provider or are just getting started, you can configure business areas with your provider or enable one through the Marketplace.

Edit expense items faster in Expense Management 

Bulk edit in expense reports is here! Users can now select multiple expense items and update fields like category, tags, and more—all at once. That means fewer repetitive edits and faster expense report cleanup. 

It’s one more way Paylocity Expense Management continues to evolve, helping organizations manage employee spend directly within the Paylocity platform.

Mobile App

Access company resources anytime in the Paylocity mobile app 

Resources are now available in the Paylocity mobile app, making it easier for employees to access your company’s important documents and links wherever they are. Users can quickly browse content by category and preview PDFs and other files directly within the app.  

This update supports Paylocity’s mobile-first approach, ensuring employees who rely on their phone have a faster, more intuitive way to find the information they need.
