Position Overview
The Analyst I Benefits Integration role is responsible for supporting the setup, coordination, and management of data integrations between internal systems, partners, and third-party vendors. This role utilizes technical, analytical, and project coordination skills to help ensure successful implementation and delivery of integration projects. The role works closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through successful delivery.


Primary Responsibilities
• Review and analyze third-party vendor requirements and integration specifications
• Coordinate project activities and tasks with clients, internal teams, and external partners
• Configure system files and integrations using internal tools and platforms
• Work with electronic data files and predefined templates to support system integrations
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot, and resolve integration or data issues
• Participate in project planning and status meetings to track milestones and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on testing, data validation, and project status updates
• Support data reviews, testing cycles, and production readiness activities
• Investigate file transmissions and data issues to respond to stakeholder inquiries


Education and Experience
• Experience in a technical, analytical, or problem-solving role
• At least 1 year in a project coordination, business analysis, data analysis, or customer-facing role preferred
• Experience working with data file specifications, transformation processes, or system integrations is a plus
• Basic understanding of data mapping and data communication protocols (such as secure file transfer methods) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required


Work Environment / Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit at a desk or workstation for extended periods
• Regular use of a computer and phone systems
• Ability to operate multiple software systems simultaneously

The base pay range for this position is $48,200 - 80,500 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
