Position Overview

Product management is the function that guides every step of a product’s lifecycle — by focusing on the product and its customers first and foremost. Product Managers identify the most valuable problems to solve, enable their team to ship and iterate high-quality solutions quickly, and validate market impact. They leverage customer insights to deeply understand their problems, define the correct backlog priorities and create a clear Product brief.

This role supports the discovery, planning, and execution of product features that address real customer needs and contribute to business outcomes. As an early-career product leader, this role blends growing autonomy with ongoing mentorship from senior product managers. You contribute across the full product lifecycle—using data and research to inform decisions, translating requirements into actionable work for development teams, and ensuring successful delivery. You are expected to develop a strong understanding of the customer, the market, and the product suite while facilitating alignment across teams and stakeholders. Curiosity, a bias toward action, and a commitment to learning are essential to success in this role

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Product Manager I to join our team and support the development of our Accounts Payable (AP) Automation solutions. • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights, reflecting on team practices, and helping refine agile processes

• Facilitate product planning sessions and regular stakeholder check-ins to ensure alignment on priorities and trade-offs

• Understand the competitive landscape and balance insights to inform decisions
