Fully Remote (U.S. Only): 

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.  The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary. 


Position Overview

The People Analytics and Insights Analyst plays a critical role in delivering timely, scalable, and accurate workforce insights across the employee lifecycle. This role will focus on supporting and shaping core analytics around hiring, movement, termination, and broader workforce trends. The analyst will work closely with HR Business Partners, and other functional HR teams to drive visibility 

and support decision-making across initiatives that support the Employee Life Cycle and Employee Listening to deliver accurate, quality, data outputs that support strategic insights.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain and augment employee lifecycle dashboards and reporting (e.g., headcount, hires, exits, movement)
  • Perform data analysis and visualization using Power BI and other internal tools
  • Support employee listening metrics and integrate survey insights into workforce reporting
  • Assist in triaging and resolving requests submitted through the People Analytics ServiceNow queue
  • Validate data, run QA on metrics, and support data governance processes
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with Learning & Development to monitor training engagement and learning outcomes
  • Update headcount or movement dashboards based on system refreshes
  • Respond to ad hoc questions from HRBPs about organizational changes
  • Enhance dashboards to reflect updated business hierarchies or attribute logic
  • Work with survey data to support Employee Voice reporting and trend analysis
  • Partner with L&D to support visualization of compliance-based training completions
  • Meet with team members to ensure consistency in metric definitions and delivery

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, reporting, or analytics roles
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle) and reporting structures
  • Proficiency in Excel and visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, data validation, and ability to handle sensitive data
  • Passion for data, critical thinking, and curiosity to learn HR metrics and business drivers
  • Experience working in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus

Physical requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
  • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The base pay range for this position is Min $60,100  - $110,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
