This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.
Position Overview
This is a pivotal role responsible for driving Agile transformation at the organizational level, leading cross-functional coaching efforts, ensuring effective collaboration across departments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves designing and delivering Agile training programs for managers, supervisors, and other nontechnical staff, utilizing needs assessment tools to tailor programs for maximum effectiveness. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including Directors and senior leadership, to align Agile practices with business objectives and strategic goals. By providing hands-on guidance and mentorship, you will empower teams and leaders to embrace Agile principles, improve communication, and enhance overall efficiency. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, along with deep expertise in Agile methodologies. You will be instrumental in shaping the company’s Agile journey, ensuring scalability and sustainability of Agile practices across the organization.

- Develop and facilitate training content, conducting organizational-level coaching, and evaluating the impact of Agile adoption.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration at the organization level. • Conduct supervisory, management or nontechnical skills training courses for internal staff.
- Use needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of proposed training programs.
- Interact with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.
- Prepare lesson plans including the method, media, and documentation to be presented.
- Instruct participants in classroom lectures and/or group sessions.
- Conduct follow up to determine applicability of course material.
- Work directly Directors and Senior PCTY leadership on departmental or organizational coaching
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Agile coaching, training, and transformation at an enterprise level.
- Proven experience leading Agile adoption at the organizational level, working with senior leadership and cross functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile.
- Experience implementing Agile at scale across multiple teams and departments.
- Strong facilitation skills in Agile ceremonies, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for managers, supervisors, and nontechnical staff.
- Proficiency in using needs assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness. • Ability to create engaging lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and mentor at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussions and training sessions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with Directors, senior leadership, and functional teams.
- Experience with change management and organizational development.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The base pay range for this position is $106k - $160k/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
