How do I find and print a pay stub?

Get your paystub on desktop To print a single past paycheck or multiple paychecks, Log into Paylocity and navigate to Employee Self-Service Select the Pay tab and click Checks. Select the paycheck date and click Download Paystub. If you need to print multiple paystubs, select the appropriate pay weeks you need, then choose View Summary. Right-click on the summary and select Print. Get your paystub on the mobile app In the menu, choose Pay and select the envelope icon in the top-right corner. You'll be prompted to create a password. Once you have a new password, you can email a PDF of your most recent pay stub. You can also email past paychecks by selecting History at the bottom of your screen. Select a check date, then click the envelope icon at the top-right corner of the screen.

My company no longer exists. How do I get my pay stubs, W-2s, or other documents?

For security purposes, we cannot access or share employee information with anyone other than the Paylocity administrator at each company, even if you are no longer employed there or the company is no longer in operation. You can obtain your past tax documents by contacting your current or former employer’s HR department for more information. You can also contact the IRS directly.

How do I see my PTO balance?

Desktop: Log into Paylocity, navigate to Employee Self-Service, and select Time Off to see your PTO balance. Selecting Request Time Off lets you see your accrual balance and the number of hours or days available on the request date. Mobile: Select Time Off from the main menu. Select the Balance tab. Select Time Off Type to view your balance details. PTO Balance Types: Available: The balance is available as of today. Used Since: Balance has been used since the last payroll run. Last Balance: Current available balance in HR & Payroll. Future Approved: Approved balances for future requests beyond the current pay period.

How do I update my direct deposit information?

Log into Paylocity and select Employee Self-Service. Once in the Employee Self-Service portal, select Pay and then select More. Next, select the Direct Deposit Accounts tab, then select an existing bank account or Add New Direct Deposit Account from the Add or Edit Account dropdown menu. Select an option from the Account Type dropdown menu. Mobile: From the main menu, select your name, swipe to the bottom, and tap Edit. Make sure to save your edits. If you cannot make these changes, please contact your employer’s HR department for more information.

How do I update my address, phone number, or personal information?

Update your personal information from desktop Log in to Paylocity and select Employee Self-Service from the main menu. Select View Employee Record, then Personal, and Edit Contact on the welcome card. Be sure to click Save before exiting. Update your personal information on the mobile app At the top of the menu, select your name and company. Click the pencil icon to update personal information. Select Save. Depending on the level of employee access your employer grants, you may be unable to adjust your profile. In that case, please contact your employer for assistance.

How do I sign up and get started with the Airbase Vendor Portal?

The sign-up process for the Airbase Vendor Portal begins when your customer sends you an invitation email via Airbase. Here’s what you need to do once you receive the email to sign up and onboard: 1. Click Login. 2. Enter the email to use for the Vendor Portal. You can use your Google email as well. 3. Once the email is added, Airbase will send a one-time verification code to log in. This means you don’t need to remember yet another password. 4. As an added layer of security, add your mobile phone number to send the OTP. 5. Airbase will send an OTP via SMS to confirm the mobile number entered in the previous step. 6. Once signed in, you will be redirected to the Airbase vendor onboarding page, where you need to add information such as your bank details, contact information, as well as tax details. If your bank is located in the US, provide your address, banking information, and tax details. For banks outside the US, enter your international address, bank account details such as your account number and SWIFT code or IBAN, along with tax information like your Legal Name and Tax ID. If your banking country supports multiple currencies, such as EU countries that allow transactions in both local currency and Euros, select the currency in which you would prefer to be paid. 7. Airbase will initiate the tax ID validation process once you submit the tax details, such as the Legal Name and Tax ID during the onboarding. If you do not wish to submit a W-9 form and Tax ID details, please reach out to your customer to mark the requirement for W-9 and Tax ID information as optional.

How do I log in to the Airbase Vendor portal?

1. Go to https://vendors.airbase.io 2. Enter the email address used while signing up. 3. Airbase will send a verification code to your email to confirm your identity. Enter the code and click Submit. Configure two-factor authentication (2FA) by adding your mobile number for an additional layer of security. 4. Enter the verification code and click Next to complete the login. However, if you didn’t receive the 2FA code, click Re-send. You can use this option up to ten times before it gets locked for 30 minutes.

Why can’t I log in to the Airbase Vendor Portal?
