As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy-to-use solutions to deliver the performance they need.

With a position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.  You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.  The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.

 

Position Overview 

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to support campaign execution, marketing systems, and operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) organization. This role blends hands-on marketing automation with data-driven reporting and process optimization to ensure our campaigns and tools run efficiently and effectively. 

You will manage email execution and marketing campaigns in HubSpot, support procurement and vendor management, and deliver reporting on campaign performance, tool utilization, and marketing spend. This role partners closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Procurement to drive visibility, agility, and alignment across our revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign Operations Execution  

  • Build and deploy marketing emails in HubSpot, including newsletters, promotional sends, event invites, and nurture programs 
  • Create and manage forms ensuring accurate CRM field mapping and proper integration with lead routing workflows 
  • Set up campaign tracking and attribution using UTM parameters and Salesforce campaign structure 
  • QA campaign assets to ensure technical accuracy, email deliverability, and compliance with privacy standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) 

Reporting & Insights 

  • Deliver monthly executive-level reporting on asset performance, including email engagement, form conversion, and content views 
  • Monitor content utilization across marketing and sales channels, surfacing high-performing assets and identifying areas for optimization 
  • Track adoption and usage of key GTM tools (SalesLoft, Highspot, ZoomInfo, etc.), highlighting usage gaps and informing enablement efforts 
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI (or similar) to visualize performance trends and support decision-making by GTM leadership 

Budget & Procurement Analysis 

  • Partner with Finance to track monthly marketing spend and deliver executive-level reporting on budget status, category-level allocation, and variance 
  • Maintain visibility into procurement workflows in Coupa, coordinating with GTM leaders on outstanding requests, blockers, and next steps 
  • Manage vendor renewal calendars, ensuring timely alignment with stakeholders and helping prioritize high-impact contract decisions 
  • Support budget planning and quarterly forecasting efforts using Anaplan and internal spend data to drive informed investment decisions 

Process Optimization & Documentation 

  • Maintain internal documentation on campaign operations, procurement workflows, and tool usage guidelines 
  • Identify and recommend process improvements that reduce campaign lead time, improve lead capture, or increase tool adoption 
  • Support managing cross-functional project related to campaign launches or tech stack implementations 

Required Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a Marketing Analyst role 
  • Hands-on experience building and executing marketing campaigns using automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot 
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and an understanding of sales processes 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally 
  • Experience using or reporting on GTM tools such as SalesLoft, Highspot, Vidyard, Drift, 6sense, or Wrike 
  • Familiarity with budget tracking or procurement systems such as Coupa, Anaplan, or NetSuite 
  • Knowledge of email compliance and data privacy (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) 
  • Exposure to using BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) for building dashboards or visual summaries

The base pay range for this position is $68,000 - $83,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
