Position Overview
As the Manager Applications Development you will lead a team of Salesforce Admins / Program Analysts primarily focused on supporting Salesforce and the managed integrations with Salesforce. This role spans responsibilities from meeting business SLAs for the support tickets, design and managing of installed packages. You will focus on ensuring all viable options are objectively considered and balance business goals with technical design and project constraints to meet requirements.
This role needs a technical leader and people manager to lead a technical team. This role requires deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform, specifically the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and managed integrations like Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Admin tools like DataLoader, Workbench, DemandTools etc.

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing assessments and identify areas for improvement and work directly with other developers, dev managers, architects, and Salesforce admins to address them.
Will manage a team responsible for supporting sales via inbound tickets and enablement of systems such as Salesforce.com, CPQ, and GTM technologies.
Will act as the primary point of escalation for the sales organization re: system issues that are preventing users from utilizing our systems.
· Respond to Salesforce user requests, adhere to the SLAs and assist with developing solutions to address business needs
Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases and release features
Ability to keep up with current technological trends in Salesforce to access and make recommendations on processes, design, and operation and a strong desire to implement best practice solutions
Manage the day-to-day activities of the support team such as one-on-ones, collaboration with the Salesforce Development team, and prioritization and scoping of work items.
Provides documentation to support code changes
Manage Data feeds and other integrations.
Communicate with senior management on the status of Reported Issues and timelines in a non-technical manner.
· Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2+ Years’ experience leading or managing a team of Salesforce admins/support reps.
3+ Years' experience with Salesforce User Management, Reporting, Flows, Connected Applications, Managed Packages, Sharing rules and visibility and Sandbox Refreshes.
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Experience with Salesforce CPQ
Experience with GTM technologies including ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator and content management systems.
· Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
One or more Salesforce Admin Certifications (highly preferred).
· Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness.
· Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
The pay range for this position is $116,300 - $145,000 /year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a comprehensive variable compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
