Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.? You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.? The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. Position Overview:

The HRBP Operations Specialist will play a critical role helping to identify and execute on continuous improvements of HR programs in support of HR Business Partners across the organization. This role will work closely with HR leadership, HR COEs and HRBPs to manage and streamline programs designed to improve HRBP effectiveness, employee engagement, organizational development, and overall business alignment. This role is needed to be highly organized, a strong collaborator, and someone who is constantly 

looking for creative solutions to improve process.

  • Assist in the coordination of HR programs aimed at optimizing the HRBP function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the business, HRBPs, and HR COEs to evaluate and enhance HR processes to increase efficiency, reduce redundancy, and improve overall effectiveness. 
  • Assist in the creation of HRBP key process playbooks to allow for knowledge transfer and consistent execution across the HRBP team. 
  • Identify and implement opportunities for standardized practices across departments, ensuring consistent, repeatable processes that can scale with the growth of the organization.
  • Take disjointed or unstructured materials, synthesize them, and organize them into a cohesive, structured package that is clear, repeatable, and scalable, ensuring consistency and efficiency in future implementations.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of HR programs and projects impacting the HR Partner group, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation across the organization. 
  • Coordinate with HR teams to ensure adequate support and expertise for project success.
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to optimize manual processes, reduce time spent on administrative tasks, and improve consistency and accuracy in day-to-day operations.
  • Identify and coordinate training needs for HR Partner team in partnership with HR COEs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring process optimizations align with broader organizational goals and enhance interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Help lead the change management process for new process optimizations, ensuring smooth transitions, effective training, and adoption across teams to maximize results.
  • Create visually appealing, easy-to-understand materials presenting information in a clear, engaging, and structed format that enhances understanding and promotes effective learning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR or relatable experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and change management initiatives.
  • Experience with HR technology
  • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
  • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $56,000 - $85,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
