The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Campus Recruitment role will partner with senior leaders across various business units to create and drive the early engagement through early college strategy for Paylocity. The Senior Manager will identify strategic partnerships internally and externally to develop talent pipelines and will play a key role in driving diversity initiatives and recruiting goals.

- Build and deliver a comprehensive companywide campus recruitment strategy
- Lead the execution of global campus hiring programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s employer brand while meeting regional compliance standards and adapting to cultural, market-specific, and candidate engagement nuances across diverse geographies.
- Partners with senior business leaders, HR Partners and workforce planning teams to align hiring forecasts and skill needs with campus capabilities.
- Build and maintain high-impact relationships with universities of our choice including their faculty, placement offices and student organizations to position Paylocity as an employer of choice.
- Lead a team of direct reports and brand ambassadors to execute on-campus event strategies, through direct and dotted lines.
- Consistently track and communicate metrics proactively with leadership, to ensure the recruiting activities align with the company’s strategic objectives
- Continuously analyze and optimize the full lifecycle of campus hiring, from brand awareness to conversion and retention, using data to drive decisions and improve process efficiency.
- Lead a team to ensure the hiring forecasts are being met for interns and new college graduates at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Take a leadership role in regularly reviewing training curriculum and partner with the business unit and Learning and Development teams to improve program offerings for entry-level talent
- Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most diverse candidates?
- Develop and execute with the team on the key sourcing strategies to attract talent; organize, plan and attend campus recruiting activities at schools and in other venues targeting student talent.
- Identify and recommend new technology platforms to engage students
- Leverage and report out market data and best practices on an ongoing basis
- Be a creative thought partner to the Marketing teams to co-create and drive innovative early-career branding initiatives (e.g., virtual events, hackathons, ambassador programs, speaker events, social media campaigns)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate campus recruiting with onboarding, early-career development programs, and succession planning efforts.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 7 + years experience leading companywide campus recruiting programs
- 3 + years of experience interacting with senior leadership
- 3+ years of experience leading teams, including direct management and cross-functional leadership through dotted-line reporting structures
- Methodical approach to data organization and leverages storytelling techniques to convey insights, drive decisions, and engage cross-functional stakeholders
- Previous experience in leading global cross functional initiatives is a strong nice to have
- Being bi-lingual in Spanish is a strong nice to have
- Demonstrated excellence in driving strategic initiatives
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication, writing, and organization
- Results-focused and detail-oriented
- Highly knowledgeable on a wide variety of Talent Acquisition and HR concepts, practices and procedures
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and ATS systems)
- Ability to travel 30% plus

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $120,300 - $140,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
