In-Office: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Schaumburg, IL, Rochester, NY or Meridian, ID locations. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.

  

Position Overview 

The Lead, Enablement and Onboarding position will play a vital role in overseeing the development, support, and training of New Hires and Client Support Advisors/SME’s within the organization. This position requires a strategic leader capable of fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring operational consistency, quality training delivery, and continuous improvement across the greater organization.


Primary Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage the Enablement and Onboarding team, providing guidance and support to New Hires and Client Support Advisors/SME position. 
  • Implement and maintain programs and resources that enhance the capabilities and performance of impacted teams. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and create tailored solutions to address these needs. 
  • Ensure consistency in process, methods and materials to foster uniformity across the organization. 
  • Monitor the progress of New Hires and Client Support Advisors/SME’s, providing constructive feedback and assistance to ensure ongoing development and success. 
  • Establish touchpoints and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and adjust as needed based on qualitative and quantitative feedback. 
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and knowledge-sharing. 
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives, share updates, and celebrate achievements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the enablement team and other departments to support organizational goals. the essential functions. 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, leadership, enablement, or related roles.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. 
  • Understanding of learning and development principles, instructional design, and adult learning theories. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness. 
  • Familiarity with program management principles and methodologies. 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
  • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $61,600 - $100,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
