Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Go-To-Market Analytics team and play a key role in shaping how we understand and grow the business. In this role, you’ll partner closely with marketing, data engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to turn data into meaningful insights that influence real decisions. You’ll work hands-on with our proprietary data to build clear, reliable reporting and dashboards. As you grow, you’ll take on deeper analytical work, including forecasting, regression analysis, and strategic recommendations that drive measurable impact throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

The below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Partner with stakeholders and leverage data from internal databases (e.g. using SQL) to answer business questions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports that track key metrics and performance against goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Turn complex data into simple insights and recommendations that stakeholders can understand and act on.
  • Help shape and improve how we define and track key metrics, improve data pipelines, and enable more self-serve analytics.
  • Work with the analytics team and stakeholders to ensure data is correct and definitions are consistent across the organization.
  • Support regular business planning and reviews with data insights, trends, forecasts, and insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative or business-related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics role, ideally with exposure to marketing or growth analytics — especially in a tech, SaaS, or fast-moving company.
  • Experience writing queries (e.g. SQL) to extract data.
  • Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar), and strong spreadsheet skills (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Experience with CRM data (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) and web data (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and metrics (e.g. funnel metrics, conversion, ROAS, CAC, multi-touch attribution).
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly and simply: you should be comfortable explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple projects or requests.

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
  • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.
