Position Overview
The Senior Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and optimizing high-quality content that strengthens our brand, engages HR and business audiences, and drives demand for our products and services. This role is primarily focused on content creation and execution (70%), with additional responsibilities supporting campaign planning and activation (30%). The ideal candidate combines exceptional storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset to produce content that aligns with marketing objectives and resonates with our target audience. You’ll collaborate with campaign, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure content is integrated into broader marketing initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities

Content Creation and Optimization (Primary)
- Develop high-quality content across a variety of formats (e.g., guides, blogs, videos, white papers, social media posts, webinars) aligned to marketing and business goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create assets tailored to buyer journeys and campaign themes.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility and engagement.
- Refresh and repurpose existing content to extend its value and reach.
Campaign Support and Execution
- Partner with campaign teams to ensure content assets are delivered on time and optimized for use across channels.
- Assist in developing campaign briefs and aligning content deliverables to campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with design, web, and external vendors to ensure content is effectively deployed in campaigns.
Collaboration and Insights
- Work closely with marketing peers to ensure content supports sales enablement, demand generation, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Monitor content performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- 5+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
- Strong understanding of HCM trends, challenges, and buyer personas.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with CMS, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $74,300 - $106,200/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
