As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy-to-use solutions to deliver the performance they need.

With a position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.  You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.  The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.

Position Overview 

This role will manage the development, deployment, and optimization of outbound and inbound messaging programs, aligning content strategy with business priorities and sales needs. You’ll partner closely with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts across the organization to ensure cadences are timely, effective, and performance-driven. 

This role will serve as the engine powering coordinated execution across GTM teams—making sure the right content gets to the right sellers at the right time. 

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends project management, content orchestration, and analytics to improve efficiency and impact across the sales funnel. 

Primary Responsibilities

Cadence Planning & Management 

  • Manage and prioritize cadence requests; assign to sprint cycles. 
  • Maintain and update sprint schedules and quarterly sales outreach calendars by segment. 
  • Coordinate cadence creation across teams, ensuring copy deadlines and launch timelines are met. 
  • Facilitate sprint meetings with content stakeholders to review and approve cadences. 

Cadence Execution 

  • Build and launch cadences in Salesloft, ensuring proper setup of automation rules, dynamic fields, and settings. 
  • Collaborate with SMEs and freelancers to create high-impact content for campaigns, product launches, and events. 
  • Communicate newly released cadences, templates, and snippets to stakeholders and ensure awareness across teams. 

Performance Tracking & Optimization 

  • Update cadence performance scorecards weekly, tracking key metrics like reply rates and conversions. 
  • Monitor anecdotal feedback and field trends to inform content improvements. 
  • Identify underperforming cadences and recommend A/B tests or content iterations. 
  • Share insights and performance updates regularly with leadership and key stakeholders. 

Content Governance 

  • Maintain a clean, organized cadence and template library: archive outdated content, enforce naming conventions, and ensure content relevance. 
  • Align cadence strategy with business goals and quarterly initiatives by partnering with the Governing Group. 
  • Standardize content operations across segments to scale best-performing cadences. 

Education and Experience 

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales enablement, revenue operations, marketing operations, or a related role. 
  • Proficiency with Salesloft or similar sales engagement tools. 
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and content development. 
  • Comfort with performance analytics, reporting, and data-informed decision-making. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Background in B2B marketing, SaaS sales, or payroll/HR industries (preferred). 
  • Experience in sales copywriting and working with external vendors or freelancers. 
  • Familiarity with agile processes and sprint workflows is a plus. 

Physical requirements 

  • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day. 
  • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously

The pay range for this position is $54,000 - $100,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
