With more than two decades of experience in human resources, including training, talent, payroll, and employee relations, she brings curiosity, candor, and real-world perspective to every episode. Shari holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation, as well as an MBA, an MHRM, and a SHRM-SCP certification. HR Mixtape was created as a space for honest conversations about leadership, work, and the systems that shape our workplaces.
