Her work has included facilitating over $20 billion in project wins, leading successful brand transformations, and developing innovative approaches that prioritize both results and well-being. Anita’s passion for fostering whole-human, trauma-informed workplaces stems from her deep personal understanding of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder. This lived experience, combined with her professional expertise and background in psychology, global leadership, and wellness, informs the research, frameworks, and strategies she shares to help organizations create Safe & Sound Workplaces.
