Paylocity Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: PCTY), a cloud-based provider of payroll and human capital management software solutions, today announced that it has commenced a roadshow to market its common stock in advance of its proposed public offering. Paylocity and certain of its stockholders are proposing to sell an aggregate of 4,000,000 shares, consisting of 750,000 shares to be offered by the Company and 3,250,000 shares to be offered by certain selling stockholders. In addition, the underwriters are expected to be granted an option to purchase up to 600,000 additional shares from the Company.
