As Vice President of IT and Enterprise Applications at Paylocity, I lead the teams responsible for the technology platforms that power our internal business operations. I partner closely with leaders across the organization to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that support our employees, enable business growth, and help our teams provide exceptional experiences for our customers.

I bring nearly 20 years of enterprise technology leadership experience across public software and SaaS companies, with expertise in enterprise applications, analytics, and large-scale business transformation. Before joining Paylocity, I served as Vice President of Enterprise Applications and Data at Progress Software, where I led a global organization responsible for enterprise applications, data, and operations. Earlier in my career at CarGurus, I helped modernize the company's lead-to-cash technology ecosystem, creating a scalable foundation to support its continued growth. Throughout my career, I've enjoyed partnering with business leaders to translate strategy into technology solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and long-term success.

Outside of work, my wife, Kerry, and I enjoy life in the Charleston, South Carolina, area with our two teenagers, Judah and Mykala, along with our three dogs and two cats who keep things entertaining. When I'm not spending time with family, you'll likely find me exploring on two wheels, whether that's on my adventure motorcycle or my dirt bike.
