I lead the team responsible for onboarding and launching our clients onto the Paylocity platform. Pairing the power of technology and automation with the expertise of our people, we help clients realize value faster, with greater accuracy and confidence. 

I joined Paylocity in 2016 as an Implementation Consultant, and over the years I've had the privilege of growing through nearly every level of our organization from Consultant to Project Manager, Manager, Director, and Senior Director, to my current role. Before Paylocity, I spent several years in restaurant management as an Assistant General Manager— an experience that taught me early on that great results and great cultures are built one relationship at a time.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and hold an Associate of Arts in Psychology.
