With a position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities.
Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Client Consulting, the Current Client Consulting (CCC) Manager plays an important role within our Sales Support Division, providing leadership and oversight to our CCC team. CCCs are an integral part of the company’s sales organization, working with current clients to help them better identify their business objectives and leverage Paylocity product sets for maximum results and efficiencies.

Responsibilities:Responsibilities: The

  • Plans, organizes, directs, and coaches team members, to ensure high individual and team performance.
  • Mentor teams to meet or exceed assigned monthly sales activity standards and sales quotas.
  • Oversees weekly performance and monthly quota objectives and provides counseling and coaching as needed.
  • Creates a climate that attracts, retains, and motivates team to reach high quality standards, coaching more junior members.
  • Develops team by providing mentoring, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines and prioritizing workload in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Creates an established chain of command for all escalations.
  • Conducts regular weekly and monthly team meetings to ensure proper communication and team cohesion.
  • Strives toward continued professional growth on a constant and consistent basis.
  • Partners with cross functional teams to include Marketing, L&D, etc. to complete projects related to the CCC Department, and process improvement.
  • Responsible for performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (will consider commensurate experience) with a minimum of 3+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing and motivating sales teams (Preferred)
  • Excellent B2B sales and customer service, and customer retention experience
  • Strong recruitment, development, and retention experience
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience using a CRM system for client management.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, and ability to understand Sales mindset to create value proposition for quicker assimilation into work process
  • Strong active listening skills to be able to uncover client needs and objectives
  • Proficiency with the Internet and MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $80,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our variable commission plan and an annual restricted stock until grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
