The Paylocity and American Express integration helps organizations continue using their existing American Express U.S. Business Card(s), U.S. Corporate Cards(s), or U.S. Corporate Purchasing Card(s) programs while gaining access to Paylocity’s spend management and expense automation capabilities. Through this integration, customers can manage Virtual Cards, capture Card transactions, streamline expense reporting, and support bill payment workflows without changing card providers. American Express remains the Card issuer and source of credit, while Paylocity provides spending controls, visibility, approvals, and reporting tools. Enrollment is required and fees may apply. To generate American Express Virtual Cards through Paylocity, you must be an American Express Corporate, American Express Business, or American Express Corporate Purchasing Card Member. Separate enrollment with Paylocity and American Express is required to utilize combined product offering. To make an American Express Card payment to a vendor through Paylocity, the vendor must be an American Express accepting merchant. There is no fee to generate American Express Virtual Cards. Certain features, upgrades, and additional payment methods may require separate activations and fees may apply.
