During this month, we introduced an upgraded navigation look and experience, additional AI capabilities, brand-new mobile enhancements, and more.

Experience the Paylocity Mobile App like never before

Experience the revamped Paylocity Mobile App displaying a fresh, modern look. We believe you and your employees should have all the information you need right at your fingertips. With our intuitive and user-friendly app, you can effortlessly handle a multitude of tasks, from clocking in and out to accessing messages and completing essential assignments. In addition to the new look and feel, you now have the ability to create announcements directly from the mobile app adding an extra layer of convenience and flexibility, especially for those constantly on-the-go. This update is available in the iOS and Android app stores now.

Easily navigate through the Paylocity platform

Easily explore Paylocity features and quickly find what you need with a brand-new navigation and header experience, designed to bring a fresh, contemporary look to our entire suite of offerings. This update includes a range of improvements such as color schemes, accessibility, and more. Enjoy this enhanced navigation experience along with the updated email notification design released back in July for a totally refreshed appearance and an easy self-service experience.

Use the power and convenience of AI for position descriptions

Crafting job descriptions can be a time-consuming task. With the introduction of AI Assist in Position Management, you can easily leverage AI technology to help create editable position descriptions throughout the suite, like in Recruiting, for a unified experience. This new feature will mirror the current AI Assist functionality in Recruiting and ultimately reduce time spent on content creation and ensure position alignment.

Streamline scheduling international interviews with global time zones

Easily schedule interviews with candidates outside the United States with searchable global time zones. Quickly search by city or time zone abbreviation (e.g., "Berlin" or "CEST") to quickly pinpoint the relevant time zone for your candidates or hiring team, regardless of their location across the globe. And with the option to include and notify teammates when sending out interview invites, your interviewing process will be a breeze.

Simplify permission management in a role workspace

Effectively manage your security permissions with the ability to select or deselect all permissions within a workspace. These options provide a powerful shortcut, and you can even fine tune individual permissions in each workspace as needed after the fact.  And don’t forget about our other recent releases back in July – the Search & Select feature simplifies navigating through permissions by highlighting the specific permission you're looking for and bulk updates to permissions across various security roles ensure a significant boost in productivity and a streamlined workflow.
