Chat with the AI Assistant on mobile, making it easier than ever for users to get instant answers to questions about company policies, procedures, benefits, and other employment related topics. Faster, on-the-go support empowers employees to find what they need—when they need it—without waiting for HR assistance. By linking your company handbook to Paylocity, the AI Assistant can provide accurate, relevant information.
Employee Voice
Get more survey responses
Boost responses with the new participation dashboard in Employee Voice. Instantly monitor real-time survey participation across your organization—segmented by cost center and supervisor—so you can quickly identify low-response areas and improve with bulk reminders.
International
Streamline global workforce management
Experience a more efficient, compliant, and intuitive way to add international employees into our system, eliminating back-and-forth, reducing risk, and getting global employees set up faster and with confidence. Easily add employees in Canada, Mexico, Australia, Germany, and India directly into Paylocity. Our international new hire flow tailors the onboarding experience by showing country specific fields based on an employee's work location and personal address. It supports HR functionality across all countries, allows for international addresses and phone numbers, captures necessary tax information, and introduces an updated person record drawer that displays or hides fields based on location.
