Client Employees Privacy Statement

This Notice explains how Paylocity processes information it receives about current, prospective and former employees of our Clients and their beneficiaries and dependents (collectively, “Client Employees”). Paylocity is a processor or service provider for Client Employee personal information. When we process personal information on behalf of our Clients, we do so subject to the control and instructions of those Clients.
How We Process Your Information
We may receive personal information from our Clients and process such personal information on behalf of Clients, to fulfill our contractual obligations with our Clients, to improve the quality of our Services, to detect security incidents or protect against fraudulent or illegal activity, or as otherwise permitted.

Mobile Users
We offer mobile applications that allow you to access your account, interact with us online, and receive other information. The handling of any personal information processed via our mobile applications is governed by this Statement and our mobile terms and conditions found in our mobile applications.
How to Exercise Your Rights
If you believe Paylocity may have information about you due to a current or previous relationship with one of our Clients and would like to exercise your rights under applicable privacy or data protection laws, please direct your request to the Paylocity Client with whom you have or had a relationship.
