The Federal Tax Reform bill signed in December 2017 has required adjustments to Missouri’s withholding calculations to mirror the info provided by the IRS.

The Federal Tax Reform bill signed into law in December 2017, has required adjustments to the Missouri’s withholding calculations to mirror the information provided by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The Missouri Employer’s Guide,(Form 4282), withholding tax tables, withholding tax calculator and MO W-4 have been updated accordingly.

We are currently working to update WebPay to reflect the updated amounts and will have the updates complete in the coming weeks.

Missouri’s Department of Revenue is highly encouraging employees to review their Missouri withholdings to ensure proper amounts are withheld for 2018. For more additional information, please visit the agency’s news release on Employer Withholding Tax here.

For questions regarding the withholding tables or additional information, employers should contact Missouri’s Dept. of Revenue’s Taxation Division at (573)-751-3505, by email at or view the agency’s website here.
