”G2 was built to give companies a trusted source of peer reviews to make the best decisions for their business,” said Michael Haske, President and COO of Paylocity. “We’re grateful to our clients for providing their feedback. Receiving the leader rating for more than three years shows our commitment to maintaining their confidence.”

Payroll is Just the Beginning

Paylocity simplifies payroll, automates processes, and helps companies stay tax compliant, all in one spot. Modern HR and payroll solutions also take the data from digitizing everyday payroll processes and transform them into insights to help organizations unlock employee trust and enhance employee experience. For example, in today’s competitive labor market, our clients are increasingly offering On Demand Payment to empower employees to manage unexpected expenses. Particularly to attract hourly workers, clients are using On Demand Payment as a differentiator, highlighting it as a benefit in job postings, and reiterating it in the onboarding process—and beyond.

Human Resources Manager Savitre Tubrung said “We thought On Demand Payment would create an administrative nightmare, but it absolutely does not! When you process payroll, you will see this as its own code in the Payroll register. More employees have used this feature than we could've ever imagined, especially during these hard times."

Core HR for a Modern Workplace

Paylocity’s Core HR tools help companies streamline their HR processes using modern, mobile-enabled HR technology that saves time by automating key processes. The platform automates tasks like leave tracking, OSHA safety tracking and reporting. You can also track headcount and status for positions, view data to drive business decisions, and collect employee documents all in one place.

"Paylocity has streamlined our payroll and HR processes saving us time and money," says reviewer Robin Cody, Director of HR. "I love their training, customer service, and help database. We switched our onboarding process to completely paperless, and implemented our first sexual harassment trainings, employees can access and track their own time and other information in the employee access portal, we can track employee hours in different cost centers which has improved our P&L's, in addition to allowing the team to request time off."

Employee Development More Important than Ever

The Great Resignation is causing companies to focus more on employee retention and acquisition efforts, and HR pros are more proactive in how they engage, train, and retain employees. Paylocity’s Learning Management System (LMS) provides workforce development tools that grow workers’ careers and fit their different learning styles. The platform allows for scheduling virtual or in-person training sessions within the Paylocity LMS, so that learners and trainers can view, edit, and track all learning in one place and get a holistic view of learning across their organizations. Research has shown that employees are more likely to stay longer with employers that invest in their learning and development.

CEO Jillian Fiebelkorn commented, "The Learning Management System is also excellent. It has helped us improve upon our training in each department so much! Keeping the material current and consistent is extremely easy and having the ability to monitor our employee's progress thru it has been a game-changer."

For the Mid-Market Segment, Paylocity was named a Leader in all 12 categories, maintaining this position for more than two years based on positive client ratings and reviews.
