Easily identify and analyze data trends to make better business decisions

Paylocity just made obtaining the insights you need across the platform even easier. In addition to the ability to customize your dashboard by pulling insights across products, you can now create as many custom dashboards as you’d like, allowing you to tailor each one to the specific insight you are looking for, such as salary vs overtime to focus on time management analysis. Easily create dashboards, save them, and go back to view them at any time in your My Insights dashboard library. This simple new process allows you to quickly get the exact insights you are looking for to save time in your day.

Offer more flexibility to help learners retain information

Everyone learns best in different ways. Allowing employees to consume content in the order that works best for them is key to increasing course completion and information retention. Training creators can now allow learners to take courses like the five-part Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) program and the “Understanding the Americans with Disabilities Act," both released earlier this year, in the order they choose, resulting in a modernized learning experience for your company.

Create recruiting reports to interpret key metrics associated with finding and hiring top talent

Dynamic reporting is now available in Recruiting. Like with the release of other new dynamic reports earlier this year —including Performance, Learning, HR, and Payroll —Recruiting reports allow you to add filters and schedule your reports to customize them to your specific business needs.
