The Modern Workforce Index dashboard has been simplified to provide easy access to actionable (and more tailored) recommendations to improve your organization’s health. The main dashboard highlights the biggest insights and areas of opportunity, including additional details on the companies in your benchmark. Of course, if you’d like, you can still drill into sub scores, ROI calculation, and savings via their new home in the navigation.
Seamlessly monitor new employees’ onboarding status
A new Onboarding Task Report allows administrators to track new employee's onboarding progress. They can view, sort, and filter tasks and share reports across the organization, such as with the new employee’s supervisor or IT. If progress has lagged, administrators can send notifications to remind an employee or group of employees to complete tasks—for instance filling out and signing PDF forms that will be saved to their employee record once completed.
Get candid feedback by giving reviewers anonymity
Paylocity makes it easy to collect true 360 performance feedback from peers, managers, and direct reports with best practice templates and dashboards to monitor feedback and responses. Now, when an individual requests feedback, settings can be set to confidential so source of feedback will remain private when shared with the employee. This provides a consistent experience with Surveys, which has the capability to set feedback as confidential at the time of requesting.
