Easily connect with other business systems

Integrating Paylocity with other solutions is now easier than ever. You can now access Marketplace directly within Paylocity via the main navigation menu to browse, search, or filter across our integrations with 350 complimentary solutions including 401k and benefits providers. You can also view your active integrations and ensure data quality as well as request new ones.

Align company strategy and goals with the new Compensation Dashboard

The newly released My Team Dashboard makes viewing and understanding data easy for your company by giving managers access to real-time compensation insights about their direct reports at any point in the year, not just during an open compensation cycle. Managers can review compensation insights about their team, access each Employee Record, and initiate compensation or position changes all in one location making compensation management seamless. You can even access each employee's latest Total Rewards Statement to understand a holistic view of their complete compensation which can include Benefits, gym memberships, employee stock purchase plans, and more. Need to pull a report to see if an employee has completed the necessary training required for a promotion?  We’ve streamlined this process too. View, filter, sort, and schedule all training easily in one location – even instructor-led training data!
