Many companies are adapting to the needs of an increasingly remote, hybrid, or deskless workforce by using video for topics like special holidays, important announcements, and quick training to keep employees informed and engaged. Paylocity’s enhanced video recording experience streamlines the recording process so you can quickly and easily get your message across to a single employee or even your entire company via Community. Choose to record or upload a video immediately upon launching the recorder with the option to record audio only, camera only, or camera and screen – no download required! Pause, resume, restart, or save your video at your convenience, all in one spot. Choose exactly what you want to show when sharing a screen whether it be the whole desktop screen, a window, or just a tab. You can even use a teleprompter and add company branding or seasonal effects. 

Showcase all your brands in the recruiting process 

Culture is important to job seekers and often even a deciding factor in where they choose to work. With Paylocity, you can easily create a recruiting environment aligned to your brand and culture to attract and attain top talent. Now you can manage multiple, unique career pages for each company or brand you oversee – each branded with their own design and logo! Use fillable forms to gather documentation and even compliant signatures, which are automatically saved to their employee record. Keep track of onboarding progress with a task report and even send reminders if any parts of the process stall. 

Reduce manual data entry with time saving Time & Labor features 

Automatically send shift reminders to employees via email and mobile to help increase prompt starts and decrease absenteeism; however, if an employee does call out, you can easily post that open shift for another employee to claim. And, when it comes to data entry with multiple cost centers, our simplified process automatically flows all HR and Payroll cost centers into Time & Labor, allowing you to manage them in one location.
