Employee Voice

Gain more accurate insight into engagement progress

Gain deeper insight into employee sentiment by tracking trends for each question over time, with intuitive line charts and clear callouts that spotlight meaningful changes since the last survey. Additionally, for richer context, dive into qualitative feedback by exploring comments directly within the selected Heat Map cell—helping you understand not just what employees think, but why.

Scheduling

Streamline time tracking and improve punch accuracy on the go 

Easily add, edit, or remove punches right from your mobile device with our supervisor timecard management capability on mobile. Whether it’s fixing missed punches, making corrections, or approving timecards, our mobile app makes managing employee time more efficient and accessible—no desktop required. Additionally, our new mobile punch location forecaster gives employees real-time visibility into their location status during the punch process, helping reduce errors and improve compliance. If an employee is outside the approved geofence area, a clear warning message appears before they submit their punch. A geofence status indicator and interactive map also make it easy to understand their location relative to the allowed punch zone, supporting more accurate timekeeping and stronger location policy enforcement.

Simplify the learning journey and help users get up to speed

View organized training content based on specific roles, making it easier for employees to find the most relevant courses for their responsibilities. Each role-based training catalog presents courses in the recommended order of completion, ensuring a logical, step-by-step learning experience.
