Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.? Position Overview

This role works with stakeholders across Operations to determine business requirements, establish priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI), and eventually develop a data warehouse strategy. This individual will design, develop and validate dashboards, alerts, and reports which measure business performance across Operations for management purposes. Ensures 

information is easily available to users for direct consumption. Conducts analyses of functional business processes and participates in the development of business cases in the support of continuous improvement programs and the implementation of enabling technologies. This individual provides leadership in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to all levels of management. This role enhances client satisfaction and enables sound business decisions by providing insights and data which are accurate, relevant, and reliable.

• Identifies and develops the KPIs and performance measures to be utilized by Operations leadership which drive strategic improvement efforts and enable effective day-to-day management practices.
• Interprets & analyzes operational metrics to create meaningful dashboards & reporting.
• Leads key efforts to measure client satisfaction and predict client losses.
• Works cross-departmentally to gather performance measurements and support project teams with data collection requests. 
• Builds and updates process control measurements and changes existing reports and dashboards as needed.
• Increases the usage practices around objective performance data in day-to-day management activities. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED required.  
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Power BI.
• Experience in a help desk/technical support department a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel, specifically being able to import data and use pivot tables.
• Understanding of report writing required.
• Experience working with SQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with Snowflake a plus.

Physical requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
• Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $72,000 - $110,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
