The Senior Analyst Sales Analytics is a key member of the Sales Analytics team assisting with the ongoing review of key sales performance metrics and sales strategic initiatives. They have direct communication with senior sales leadership, as well as regular interaction with the CEO and CFO.
Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Tax Treasury leads the execution of complex projects and operational processes, with a strong focus on risk mitigation through the development, documentation, and oversight of policies that ensure timely tax payments and collections. This role also maintains key relationships with tax authorities, drives the adoption of best practices, and continuously optimizes tax treasury operations — all while partnering with internal stakeholders and supporting strategic business initiatives.

- Coach and mentor tax treasury professionals, empowering them to meet high standards of performance, accuracy, and responsiveness in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Provide strategic oversight and direction on treasury operations, leveraging expertise to anticipate issues, reduce risk exposure, and ensure the security of client funds.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by partnering with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Tax Operations, Banking Operations, and Finance to implement system enhancements, address complex challenges, and deliver seamless service to clients.
- Assess and escalate critical issues appropriately, using sound judgment to resolve complex problems and maintain continuity of operations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, regulatory, and financial risks, implementing forward-thinking solutions and best practices to strengthen internal controls.
- Streamline and scale processes within tax treasury operations by leveraging automation, systems optimization, and lean methodologies.
- Implement and enforce treasury policies and procedures that ensure compliance, enhance efficiency, and support scalability as the organization grows.
- Develop and execute talent development strategies, including identifying skill gaps, creating training plans, and succession planning to build a resilient team.
- Deliver timely, insightful reporting and analysis to senior leadership, translating operational data into strategic recommendations for decision-making.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and performance metrics, identifying trends, benchmarking performance, and initiating improvements where needed.
- Champion a culture of compliance, continuous learning, and innovation, ensuring the team remains agile and effective in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Effectively communicate across levels of the organization, influencing decisions, aligning stakeholders, and building trust with internal and external partners.
- Perform other strategic responsibilities and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- +8 year’s experience in a payroll service, banking operations, or tax software
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
- Large Team Management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask within a deadline-driven environment
- Forward thinking and creative mindset with excellent analytical skills
- Experience in a high-volume transactions highly desired
- Experience in fast pace, growth company/technology company
- Process improvement experience desired
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability
- Project management experience a plus
- Intermediate to advance Excel skill desired
- High level of integrity
Physical requirements
• Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
• Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $90,000-110,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
