My Journey at Paylocity has Been an Incredible One

My journey at Paylocity has been an incredible one, filled with constant learning, personal growth, and opportunities to make a positive impact. When I first joined, I was searching for greater autonomy and flexibility and Paylocity offered that and so much more.  

 I was initially drawn to Paylocity by its strong emphasis on empowering employees and fostering a collaborative environment. This resonated deeply with me, and from the outset, my experience was truly phenomenal. My leadership team went above and beyond, taking the time to introduce me not only to colleagues but also to key stakeholders. This made me feel welcomed, valued, and truly part of the team within a short period. 

Being a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Paylocity proved to be incredibly rewarding. Words can’t express the satisfaction of connecting talented individuals with their dream careers, especially for an organization I believe in so strongly. Witnessing the range of emotions – from excited screams to thrilled cries – brought immense joy and a sense of purpose to my work. Every successful placement felt like a personal victory, leaving my heart filled with a unique kind of satisfaction.

My passion for people and their untapped potential inspired me to pursue the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) role. Amplifying our brand within diverse communities and making life-changing career connections – this opportunity was everything I'd hoped for. This role embodies everything I'm most passionate about in the workplace. Every day, I'm filled with gratitude and remind myself, "I GET TO DO THIS!" It's a true privilege.

I'm incredibly grateful for the unwavering support from my leadership throughout the transition. We had in-depth discussions about my move to DEIA, ensuring a smooth and successful exit from my previous role within TA. This allowed me to maintain focus on crucial business needs while transitioning. The outpouring of congratulatory messages and support from the TA team was truly heartwarming. I am fortunate to have such strong relationships with the TA team and thrilled that I still get to partner and support them in my current role.

As the Senior DEIA Program Manager, I can confidently say that our organization is deeply committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. I've personally witnessed the dedication and ongoing efforts of our leadership team in fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, empowered, and respected. Being part of this team and contributing to such an important mission is a source of immense pride for me. I'm excited to see the positive impact we will continue to make together as we continue to build a diverse and inclusive future for our organization.
