Paylocity’s HR Excellence Earns Spot on Workforce 100 List

What contributes to a great company culture? Good benefits, flexible schedules, and fun perks are things that typically come up in conversation (and we have all of that at Paylocity). But At Paylocity, we strive to create HCM solutions to not only meet our clients’ HR needs, but to stay ahead of the curve on HR trends and best practices to support an ever-changing workforce. And we practice what we preach — our HR department is constantly creating new programs and perks, and leveraging our HR tools within the product to create a highly satisfied and engaged workforce. 

That’s why we’re proud to be ranked on the Workforce 100 list for 2019, coming in at #42! Workforce Magazine lists the 100 companies that performed the best in the following seven areas: Workplace culture, employee benefits, diversity and inclusion, employee development and talent management, human resources innovation, leadership development, and talent acquisition.

The efforts by our HR department have made our winning culture what it is today. For example, we recently launched Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to create communities within Paylocity that are organized around shared characteristics, interests, and life experiences. Our ERGs meet regularly to help educate the organization about various topics ranging from diversity and inclusion to acceptance and visibility. 

We are always looking at new perks and programs to offer our employees. After all, they work hard for us, so we want to ensure they’re being rewarded. Our flexible schedules, work from home options, and generous vacation time gives employees the work/life balance they seek. And programs such as tuition reimbursement and paid parental leave help us meet our employees where they are in life and make the Paylocity experience work for them.
