Our connection to Employee Navigator makes Paylocity the hub for managing every part of the employee journey including the benefits administration process. This investment will accelerate the development of more modern experiences for brokers, employers, and employees alike.

Paylocity and Employee Navigator first partnered in 2017, and we’ve continuously invested in making payroll & benefits administration easier. Paylocity recently became Employee Navigator’s first HR and Payroll partner providing SSO capabilities that enable employees to access their benefits with no additional login. Today, almost half a million employees are seamlessly and securely managing their benefits from the Paylocity app using this integration.
Unlike legacy HR systems, Paylocity combines truly employee-first experiences with all-in-one capabilities for HR to deliver unique benefits for brokers and their clients. Employees can access benefits anytime from any device, built-in LMS courses help them understand offerings, and Community allows brokers to answer questions about benefits in one central place.
