Position Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Manager of Product and Technology Operations to drive operational excellence across our Product and Technology teams. This role is pivotal in optimizing processes, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless execution of our Product and Technology strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product operations, program management, business planning, and technology-driven environments and ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and high-impact results. 


Primary Responsibilities

  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and refine processes to improve productivity and effectiveness within leadership, Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams. 
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate with leadership to align Product and Technology initiatives with company objectives, ensuring efficient execution of roadmaps. 
  • Process & Tooling Optimization: Implement and manage frameworks, tools, and best practices to enhance workflows, including backlog management, sprint planning, routines, and product delivery. 
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Design, and other business teams to facilitate communication, alignment, and decision-making. 
  • Metrics & Reporting: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of Product and Technology operations. Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives to improve product development methodologies, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and technologies. 
  • Resource Management: Work closely with leadership to allocate resources efficiently across projects, identifying bottlenecks and mitigating risks. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous learning and innovation by identifying opportunities for optimization and fostering a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • People Management: Lead and manage a team of individual contributors, providing direction, coaching, and career development to support both individual growth and team performance. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and high-impact results. 


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field  
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product operations, technology operations, program management, business planning, or a related field within a tech-driven environment. 
  • Project Management: Strong background in agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and other project management frameworks. 
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes, product lifecycle management, and engineering best practices. 
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting to track operational metrics. 
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and drive decision-making. Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and high-impact results. 
  • Tools & Systems: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Pendo, Smartsheet, or similar product and project management platforms. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

The pay range for this position is $121,500-$154,300/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for a restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here Benefits Link. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.  You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.  The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.
